Cancellations:  Should you need to cancel your booking, we must be given notice of no less than 30 days prior to arrival date at which time a $48 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.  Any cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit all payments.  A credit may be issued at the manager's discretion and on the proviso that it must be taken up within 6 months of original booking (subject to availability).
